Broking System Project Mgt

Our customer required an experienced project manager to oversee, scope, define, manage and deploy a new broking system. This was a newly insourced business so business requirements were developing and complexity existed in networks, workflow and integration. The scope extended to change management, transition and robot automation.

Logistics Infrastructure

The customer required assistance with commercial, data and technology implementation around the use of PUDO services in a retail environment. Logic Driven was able to augment the project team in numerous functions. A short term engagement turned into a 12+ month relationship.

Change Execution

Following recommendations by a consultancy, Logic Driven was appointed to deliver the recommendations. A 6 month delivery plan was completed in 4 months and also included an "express" IT strategy which was delivered in a week. The business was then able to appoint a full time transformation manager.
